EDM #75 - Recipe & Ingredients, Cheese Straws

I luvs cheese straws. If I give them away as gifts, the recipients sometimes return the tins in case I'll make more for them.

These can be put through a pastry bag, but it's easier for me to roll them out. If rolling, the dough and scraps should be kept chilled until rolled.

It's fun to watch people who have never had cheese straws ... the cayenne pepper eventually makes its presence known.

I love your recipe card. The printing is just great as well as the art.

Your recipe looks quick and easy and who doesn't home made cheese straws and to be honest...I would also return my tin in the hope of receiving it filled again! Nothing beats a little homebaked surprise from a friend's hand!

The drawings and the handwriting look beautiful. Since I love spicy things, I just have to try the recipe.
